My bubbly lovers–hello, darlings! I hope this holiday season is going swimmingly for you so far. Indeed, ’tis actually been going swimmingly for me as I’ve been happily up to my ears and doing the breast stroke in champagne!
As you may know, last week I attended the first of several champagne tasting events that are typically held every December in anticipation of the celebratory spirit of the season. It was the biggest of the tastings I’ll attend this month {40 sparklers} and, being the committed trooper that I am, I tasted every. Single. One. Rumor has it that a couple of them actually got sipped more than once, but I shall neither confirm nor deny said rumor.

Those bubbly that have a hyperlink are those that I’ve done tasting notes on over on Instagram and here on the blog. I’ll be doing additional tasting notes on more of the sparklers on the tasting list, but the only way to keep up with all of my champagne sipping shenanigans is to make sure you’re following my Instagram feed!
And remember, this is is just the first of my December tastings–so there are lots more recommendations in store. After all, “Tis the season to drink Bolli” {and a gaggle of other sparklers, too} so I hope you can keep up with me!
