1 1/2 cups Blood orange juice, fresh (pink grapefruit juice)

1 750-ml bottle chilled Brut champagne or dry sparkling wine

1/2 cup white rum

4 limes, juiced

8 large mint leaves for garnish

1/2 cup Lavender simple syrup

Hibiscus syrup (4 ounces)
